Project Example: TANESCO Kinyerezi II Gas Power Plant
The Tanzanian government launched construction works of the Kinyerezi II power plant project in Ilala district in Dar es Salaam, whose aim was to be supplied with natural gas from the Mnazi Bay to add 240 MW to the national grid once completed.
This project followed the Kinyerezi I power plant inaugurated in Q4-2015 by the Tanzania Electric Supply Company (TANESCO), which had a capacity of 150 MW and was part of a project compounded by four gas fired power plants meant to add over 1,000 MW of capacity to the national grid through a 400 KV sub-station in Kinyerezi area.

- Project Staff Work Permits - Foreign consultants and engineers
- Project Staff mobilization - Casuals and local engineers
- Ensuring health and safety policies and measures were in place and adhered to by all staff.
- Management of all HR related issues i.e. managing time-sheets, off-days, remuneration, disciplinary issues, etc
Project Example: KENGEN - Olkaria Naivasha, Kenya
Amen Group was engaged as a Service provider by it’s Client CSI Energy Group Kenya whom was inter involved the main Contractor Marubeni Corporations Kenya on 83 MW OLKARIA 1 ADDITIONAL UNIT 6 Geothermal Power Plant, Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KENGEN) project.

- Provision of Professional/Technical services but not limited to Manpower sourcing, manpower Management that is inclusive Payroll Management and immigration support services.
- Ensuring un-skilled, skilled and qualified manpower is deployed to the client as per Service requirements.

Project Example: Kenya- Tanzania Interconnection 510Km High Voltage transmission and related Substation
On a project shared by the two governments Kenya and Tanzania, Kenya Tanzania Interconnection Project, Amen Group of Companies have an ongoing contract with Gopa-Intec a main consultant on the project whom assigned Amen Group to allocate Consultants/ Engineers to supervise Construction of a 400KV transmission lines and related Substations which is running all the way from Kenya crossing boarder into Tanzania regions.
